Nitin is a management graduate and has work experience in India as well as in United States. Always amongst the top in his class, He is an ICF certified business coach from RCS Australia. He also holds BEC level 2 English Certification from Cambridge. Nitin features in the list of international trainers for conducting the Global Leadership Program for ‘Springer’ Germany.
Nitin is also certified Brain Mapping analyst from Prism, a UK based company for applied neuroscience.
Nitin has been a corporate trainer for 22+ years having trained over 25,000 participants and has designed training programs for fortune 500 companies. Nitin has coached over 75 Senior Management, CXO’s and a few MD’s and business owners from varied backgrounds.
Nitin is passionate about developing people & fast-tracking individuals with high potential. As a leisure activity he also translates spiritual books a subject of interest to him.
Nitin has also designed and conducts various Business Simulations for collaboration, innovation and being data driven. Nitin is a Co-creator of the business simulation ‘Diamonds of Amazonia’ is now franchised to many countries across the world, the learning outcomes of the simulation is around shifting from the Survival mindset to Maximising mindset.

Communications and Marketing Head
Gaurav is the co-ordinator for Diamonds of Amazonia. He handles the day to day operations of the project and is also the point of contact for any queries and requests regarding the game. He overlooks all customer relations, digital development and growth strategy for the project.
He has a background in commerce and also runs a social media marketing agency based out of Pune, India. He also has a deep passion for finance and financial markets and actively trades them as well.
